Special Message From Pilates Essentials Plus Therefore, it is with a bit of a heavy heart that I am writing to tell you that I will be closing the doors of Pilates Essentials Plus for good on July 31st. I am stepping away from Pilates as a studio owner and instructor, which most of you know has been happening slowly over the past four years as I entered into the world of Osteopathy; first as a student and now as an Osteopathic Practitioner/Clinic Owner. You may ask why my he...art is only a "bit" heavy? The heavy is because I am closing a chapter of my life that has been part of my every day for close to 17 years - my studio, Pilates and YOU. Actually, even longer if you count the years I used to rent church basements and community center rooms; traveling around to bring Pilates to anyone who would give it a try. Yet, it does not go unnoticed that, I am offered the gift of a heart that is only a "bit heavy" because I know each and every one of you are going to be well-cared for and THAT is what has always been most important to me - your well-being. So, here is where the EXCITING NEWS comes in! Remember COLLEEN, HEATHER and SUE? The wonderful instructors who not only have been teaching classes all these years, but also stepped up and began running the show both in the studio and behind the scenes? It is because of these three incredible women that I am able to step away and know all will be well without me. How amazing is that??
