It is mandatory to wear your mask at the studio in the common areas and you can remove it once you get to your station and replace it again as soon as you finish exercising. So, just keep doing what you were doing! A few things to remember: Please come prepared with your own mask that is clean. The touchless hand sanitizer is now wall mounted downstairs. When you get to your station please place your mask inside your small bag/purse. Place your bag inside the green tape on the floor (this designated spot is disinfected by the teacher after each class). Please remember to wait outside until the previous class has left to give us time to clean.
The band guides your shoulder and arm position while providing a nice resistance for simple exercises. Notice how the band opens the shoulders. Let me know what you think!

We are resuming classes next week, as of Monday June 22nd. We will be open for St. Jean and Canada Day. Please take note of our new changes which can also be found on our website: pilatesfusion.ca Heres some ways we can keep each other safe:... -The reformers have been spaced 2 meters apart. -Keep a 2 meter distance between you and others at all times. -Wear a mask at least until you get to your station and when you leave your station. -Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you arrive at the studio and when you leave and dont touch your face. -Using lockers is optional, bring in minimal belongings if you prefer, with phones off. We will be cleaning locks and lockers between classes as well as every other necessary surfaces (including spray bottles). -We are using disinfectants such as Benefect in the washroom, Young Thieves household cleaner for the equipment, (if you want to research their efficiency at killing germs including viruses), and a 70% alcohol based spray for other areas. -Please leave as soon as possible after cleaning to give the teacher enough time to clean so that we can let the next class come in while distancing. Please wait for the previous class to leave before entering the building.
