Wonderful news! The Government has given permission for gyms to reopen. So we are preparing the studio to hold classes in a safe environment . We will let you all know once we are ready with a new schedule. See you soon!

And we need to keep our immune system in check by giving it the right conditions and environments. -This is why the current social systems for most of us do not work. -This is why kids are too stressed while being in non-supportive, non-individualized educational establishments. -This is why people are too stressed doing their 9 to 5s and rushing their entire lives away. -This is why chemicals need to be removed as much as possible from our environments and replaced with natural substances -This is why 5G and Wi-Fi is INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS for our entire system and will deteriorate us. Let's educate ourselves for our own wellbeing

So I am at the Diving World Series at the Olympic stadium with my kids watching the top world and Olympic divers compete, and what do I catch the athletes doing in the workout/warm up room?.... Pilates!!!!! The guy was doing roll like a ball into jackknife repeatedly in preparation!!!! Awesome!!!! (Unfortunately when I started filming he stopped, so no video of that. But here is another diver to blow your mind!)
