SAVE for later and TAG your besties to help motivate each other I love one leg balance work for many reasons, not the least of which is that it gets the glutes working immediately! Give these a try and let me know in the comments which you felt the most:... 1 Standing Clam Primer- 30 sec each side 2 Curtsy Lunge - 1 min each side 3 Single Leg Deadlift - 1 min each side These are all pregnancy and postpartum friendly but consider hanging onto the wall or a chair for added stability. Reminder as we begin a new week YOU are beautiful! Scars, stretch marks, cellulite - I have all three and GUESS WHAT? I no longer view them as negatives or things that I need to "fix' in order to feel good about myself. I say "no longer" because there was a LOT to unpack and work through in order to finally get here, but I'll save those stories for another day. ... What’s your preference: an intense sweat sesh or a slow burn ? Comment below! I like a mix of both but I tend to lean a little more towards the slow burn of Pilates, shocker!
