Balance out all of the holiday snacks and chocolate with a light dinner - marinated baked fish wrap with pico de gallo, fresh cilantro and a touch of sour cream. Switch out the fish for baked portabello mushrooms for a vegetarian option or corn tortilla if you don’t digest wheat well. Full of some great fatty acids, and protein for supporting the body.
