Just a quick reminder about our tentative winter programming! Our ability to run classes depends on the current health regulations. We do hope to be able to offer classes once we are permitted, so we are opening up registration now. We have two ceramics workshops, one daytime and one evening offering as well as our popular casserole dish class starting in February, plus painting workshops with @janifercalvezart & @melaniemorstadstudio ! Each class has a minimum number of r...egistrants required to run and if we do not meet these minimum numbers we are unfortunately unable to run classes. We hope by opening registration now we are able to fill these spots and able to go ahead with programming once restrictions are lifted. If Alberta Health Restrictions are not lifted and we are unable to go ahead with programming refunds will be provided to all of those who have registered. Our Health & Safety Protocol will continue during all classes, which includes careful consideration in classroom set up to allow for social distancing, frequent sanitization of shared spaces and tools, requiring participants to wear masks, and hand sanitizer for all upon entry. In the case that classes are unable to go ahead registration fees collected through Eventbrite are processed to your card, registrations made directly with the Allied Arts Council are refunded via cheque or credit to the AAC which can be used towards future classes and in the gift shop. Winter Programming! This year scheduling and designing our winter programming schedule has been flurry of changes and rescheduling but we are finally able to share our Adult programming beginning in February. We've got ceramics starting February both daytime and evening workshops as well as our ever popular casserole class. We're also excited to host Janifer Calvez and Melanie Morstad later on this winter for one day painting workshops!
