Paloma is the Spanish word for Dove. Suitable for our variation of this cocktail. Traditionally made with: -grapefruit juice -lime juice -tequila -club soda... -sugar -salt for the rim We made this drink blue by making simple syrup infused with butterfly pea flower. Butterfly pea flower is an organic flower that contains a natural blue dye. We also made this version our own by adding ground pea flower to the salt on the rim.
