Well...It’s been one week since Dorian blew through PEI and unfortunately we are still not up and running. We have a pine and a spruce tree on our cottage with power lines tangled all around them. The spruce tree also took out the service mast on the roof of our cottage, and we can’t get the power back on until the trees are removed from the cottage, mast has been repaired and two new power poles have been installed. We are still keeping our fingers crossed that we might be able to salvage a couple of weeks rentals at the beginning of October...stay tuned! Thank you to those who were able to take some time on Saturday to help us clean up the grounds!

Not sure how this could possibly happen twice in one summer...but we have just had another guest cancel due to health reasons...while we are incredibly happy that our longtime guest is doing well while recovering at home in Ontario...we now have a three week opening in September (5th-25th) ....if you are looking for a great place for a fall retreat, we would love to have you as our guest :)
