We recently assisted in locating a rescue for an injured owl...and it got us thinking about all of the wild creatures we have helped in the past. Does anyone remember Jenny?! If you do...post some photos in the comments.

Walking into 2021 like...
Hi Friends! Ever wonder how a River Otter moves along when out of the water? Well...now you know! ... Hilary is answering 2021 inquiries and will have all booking invoices emailed by the end of next week. It has been slow going with Hydro outages and weak internet in the North Country. Sorry for the delay.
Have a Blessed day friends from the Chambers!
We can do this! Keep the faith. It's better to be locked away in winter than lose summer...and oooh how we love summer at the Grove!
Be safe...and patient
Lots of snow and more on the way. The dogs disturbed the pretty blanket of snow hunting for critters
A little brag...our female wirehaired pointing griffon Etta James is #1!
Some great ideas to survive winter in a time of Covid. What are your suggestions?

Today will be 20 degrees and sunny! Last year on this day we had plenty of snow. We will be back in the office next week and will begin to wade through all of our emails and messages. Thanks so much for your patience!

Hello old friend
Its pretty quiet in the North County right now. I know some of you are waiting to hear back from us on 2021. We are still closing the camp, the power outage and storm slowed us down a bit, we will respond to everyone before the end of next week. Thanks for your patience. Hilary
This is very important, we have had a few people trespassing this year as they did not understand that our property is private land. Its essential to know before you head out into the wilderness and especially crucial during hunting season.
We miss 100% of the shots we don't take. On the hunt to take a photo of the Northern Lights and we missed the shot, but this turned out pretty great!
Pine Grove's Maple Orange Pork Tenderloin made with Port Loring's own World Champion winning Clapperton's Maple Syrup, wild rice medley and fresh asparagus.
Luckily our friend Terry helped us by moving the Canoes & kayaks off the beach for winter...just in time too or they would have floated away!! The beach is now under water.
A nice day to take the boats out.
We aren't all work all the time...sometimes we have a little fun too! Now that the season is over our dogs are enjoying the run of the place...and bubbles, because why not?

Pine Grove is now closed for the 2020 season...we will see you in 2021! We are almost full for next year, so if you would like to stay at the Grove any time from the last week in June until Thanksgiving next year please email [email protected] with the number of people/cabins etc. We will be connecting with everyone in November, as we are now busy closing up the resort for the year. So if you do not hear back from us right away, don't worry we are out on the property as there is much to be done.
Our beloved Brian Bain & daughter Carrie lost a wife & mother this morning. Our hearts go out to all friends and family as we share deeply in this loss. May her memory be blessing.

Good morning friends! Our last guests of the season check in this weekend. What a whirlwind it has been!
From our friends at Subpar Parks. This time of year it often feels like you are the only people on the water. Now isn't that pure paradise?!
