We are nearing the end of this small commercial renovation! This old office space and warehouse is now indoor heated storage complete with a new office, barrier free washrooms, and LED lighting throughout.

Had to play carpenter to get 3 new floor outlets all ready for our theatre chairs today. My hope is always that these plugs they look like they grew there... even when they will be under a row of chairs, and likely never to be seen again.

60A Overhead 200A Undeground service we wrapped up for @east_simcoe. We also added a 100A sub-panel in the detached garage to accommodate a new 50A EV charger as well.

We’ve had a lot of fun being a part of this build over the last 11 months! Today we wrapped up our final ESA inspection!
