Dear Clients, We are getting in touch with regards to increased cases of COVID-19 within our province, now within Kings County. We are trying our best to keep our services running smoothly while maintaining safe practices for our clients and staff. We will ask all clients who have visited any location listed as potential exposure as well as any mandated to self isolate to stay within their vehicle. Please call to arrange drop off and pick up if required. ... If you would like to purchase items in the shop, we will be offering curbside delivery and/or pick up as well as you may enter within the building but staying within the gated area offering mobile Debit, Visa and MasterCard. We will still be excepting cash at this point as it is legal tender but would prefer to use card if possible. You can call 697-3647, email [email protected] or message on Facebook to set up. Moving forward we are trying to eliminate as much traffic in the shop as possible. Please feel free to call from the parking lot and we can come retrieve your dog or bring your dog out to you as long as you are comfortable and your dog is cooperative, with the collar and leash fitted properly to safely do so without escape. If possible, one family member entering the building would be greatly appreciated. We will be asking all clients to please wear a mask and sanitize your hands outside before entering the building. If no one is ahead of you, please enter the building, if there is someone ahead of you, please wait until they exit keeping a 6-foot distance. Once inside the building, please do not pass beyond our inside gated area within the building. Staff will greet you once in the building, please communicate with staff details regarding your appointment, remove collar and leash if safe to do so and take with you, leaving your dog within the gated area unless otherwise specified. Please do not hand the staff your pet, keeping a distance. With our confirmation you will then be safe to then leave. From there we will move your dog to the appropriate area for their service. Unfortunately, there is no perfect way to do this and our client’s feedback is greatly appreciated and supported. We ask that you please have patience and give yourself some extra time in case you must wait your turn at drop off or pick up, as well as coming into the colder season, please dress appropriately. We appreciate all your wonderful support through this transition, and we would not be here without you!
