ICBC has made it safer to access collision and glass services during the pandemic. Vehicle sanitizing ICBC is reimbursing their partners so we can offer the following sanitization services:... Body shops and glass suppliers are required to sanitize a customer's vehicle before and after repairs. Body shops are required to sanitize courtesy vehicles provided to our customers.

We are now allowing a maximum of 2 customers in the office at a time. Signs are posted with the latest updates. Please follow the guidelines we have posted. Hand sanitzer is provided and is to be used as you walk in the door. If you're dropping off a vehicle please place your keys in the basket provided rather than handing them to us. We are not able to offer public washrooms at this time. ... Thank-you for your cooperation!
