Ticket holders: Tomorrow is the big day! Pine Tree Potters’ Guild hosts our empty bowls 2020 fundraiser! Today we washed and organized over 600 bowls! For those coming at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM, wide variety of bowls waiting for you, we know you’ll find your perfect fit! Reminder: We are in the back parking lot of Trinity Anglican Church, at 79 Victoria St. in Aurora. You will see that part of the parking lot is blocked off with a few open air tents. All of the lovely bowls ...will be arranged on tables under the largest tent so while you’re in the queue, you will be able to see the bowls and start to think about which one you want to select. Also enjoy a sneak peak in the photos and video! In the 1st photo you see Jacqui Adamek, our Empty Bowls Chair and she certainly has led us through a number of unique challenges to get us to where we are today. This is definitely going to be an event for the history books, so thank you Jacqui and thank you to all of the volunteers, sponsors, and our community for helping us put this event together. Here is a bit of info to help you visualize what to expect when you join us at our Empty Bowls event on Saturday, November 28th. The first photo is taken from the front of the church, as it looks from Victoria Street. There is parking along the street and along neighbouring streets. Note that there is also a large parking area behind the church, which can be accessed from Metcalf Street. As we will be hosting our Empty Bowls event outside, one of the parking lots will be blo...cked off as that is where our tents will be set up. See image 2 as it provides a visual demonstrating how to enter and exit the parking lot, the locations of parking spaces and where our open air tents will be set up.
