Old cedar deck with sunk in hot tub. Whole deck was taken off the house. We built the new deck out 14ft from the house and wrapped it around to the lake side. New concrete piles were poured 12ft deep. 6x6 posts with triple laminated 2x12 beam. 2x10 joists on 16"s were blocked every 4ft. Deck-king vinyl and glass panel metal railings. New cedar trim on windows and doors. We graded the whole yard and laid sod as well as some areas which seeded for lawn. New gravel driveway.
