Before and after cleanup at our duplex conversion project. The front yard was completely overgrown, robbing the living room of natural light and killing any curb appeal. The tree and shrubs were removed. Grass was scraped away and new top soil brought in. Lastly, some recycled asphalt was brought in to create an additional parking spot. ... There are still a few remaining items but this is a major improvement.
