Many seeds for cold frames have sprouted! Still more to come!

Planting seeds for the local cold frames! Thanks to the Sirivik team for their help! We will transplant kale, Bok Choi, lettuce, chives, parsley, dill, and sorrel (qunguliit) outside when our weather is warmer.

Tomato and pepper seeds were planted on March 29. They will be ready in time for the next plant contest! Stay tuned!

This picture of a cucumber growing in Innalik School was taken last week. It was transplanted from the hydroponic tower to soil on February 5 and two months later, voila! Even though it takes a while during the winter months, is it very exciting to see a cucumber growing!
