Basbousa Cake is a semolina cake from the Middle East. It’s creamy + moist with a delicious pistachio layer on the bottom, topped with a semolina batter, soaked in rose water flavored syrup and then of course, sprinkled with nuts. It’s sinfully decadent!

Baklava! This sweet and sticky traditional Mediterranean pastry is made with ground cashews, layers of phyllo dough, then soaked in sweet syrup with a hint of rosewater.
