installed all new plywood and Gold deck armour, then installed snap lock roofing.

This is a flat roof that had no cant stripping or plywood. We replaced all existing rot and re-sheeted whole roof..Then installed 2-ply membrane. We also replaced all metal work.

On this shop we installed all new strapping , before we added OSB. The home owner asked if there was a use for the metal so we replaced rotted sheets of OSB on sides of building and then installed the metal from the roof onto the sides of the building.

Some photos we took of a small shed over Christmas. We replaced all rotted wood and installed Gold deck Armour. Then installed snap lock roofing panels. We also reinforced all rotted trusses..All gutters on main house were cleaned and checked for clogs, we also removed all existing moss and washed exterior of gutters.
