HAPPY SECOND YEAR! Today we celebrate Pitch It Green’s second birthday. Since our inception in July of 2018 we have come a long way From starting off as a subscription box idea to pivoting into an events-based platform for youth ecopreneurship, we have learned so much! We are happy to share that over the past 2 years we’ve led 3 workshops, hosted 4 events, tabled at countless fairs, reaching 5000+ individuals, primarily youth. Some of our key learnings in growing as an organ...ization include: The business opportunity in sustainability lies in shared value, thus, spotlighting small and sustainable business owners at our events In order to meet the 2030 agenda, we need to collaborate with one another, hence the launch of our #supportlocal series Work can’t happen without a team, and we are so proud to have had 10 core members this year!
