Hey ya all in Kitimat, lovely weather we be having. Thought I’d do a update, so cliff and I are doing some Reno’s on our hut so as soon as we can get it done I’ll get a winter menu going. So sorry for the wait but has to be done as once spring comes there just won’t be time. I hope everyone is safe and sound out there, take good care of yourselves and others as we all need it right now.

Well I’m sad to say the snow that would stop me is here, I had a great season with you all. I thank you for all your support and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking for you. There was a few hiccups this season with my pit stop but I believe all the fixing has been completely been done on it. I’ll be coming out with a limited menu for the winter with the most popular items as a few customers had asked if I could do that. I’ll be out as soon as I can in the spring, so take care to all and be safe over the winter. Thanks once again .
