Temporarily closed until we are told otherwise We love and miss you! We have rebooked appointments a couple times now... We hope it hasn’t been confusing or frustrating to clients. Because this is out of our hands completely we think the best move is to cancel appointments going forward All clients booked in the coming weeks will be written down and contacted when we are able to re open If your appointment is unaffected you will be called the night before to confirm for the following day. PIVOT HAIR STUDIO. As I know you’re all aware, things have drastically changed in the last couple days and even hours when it comes to the COVID-19 situation. . We as a salon have been keeping up with all government health regulations and are closely monitoring the situation. This is not what we wanted to do but we understand now that the choice isn’t ours to make. .... Pivot Hair Studio must close due to the fact that it is a STATE OF EMERGENCY. It is important to practise social distancing at this time. Our job isn’t possible to do while practising social distancing for ourselves and for our clients. Public participation is key! . If you have an appointment scheduled from March 17th to March 31st please call the salon and leave a message to reschedule. You can also text Amanda at (519) 217-8460 to reschedule. We will be returning all calls and emails to help get you re-booked with your stylists as you are our number one priority. Amanda will be reaching out to clients booked this week. . We understand how this may come as an inconvenience, as it is for us as well. But it’s our duty to flatten the curve and do our part to keep people home. We are sending love your way during this difficult and uncertain time
