Pizzeria Barbarella uses an EarthStone pizza oven, heated to very high temperatures to make sure our 24-hour-proofed pizza dough comes out the way we want and that our high-quality cheeses are fully melted. The stone base in the oven transfers heat much like a traditional brick oven, and when the pizza is placed on the stone, the crust begins to cook immediately. As shown in this video, our chefs shuffle the pizza around the oven to ensure it is evenly-baked and the crust gets that crispy and chewy texture we all love.
