What is involved in a Duct Cleaning? When P/J’s comes to clean your ducts, we bring a very powerful duct truck that is mounted with a vacuum system (13,000 cfm), combined with pressurized air (250 psi) and duct scrubbing tools to completely clean and remove any debris that maybe in your homes duct system. It takes us roughly 2 to 3 hours depending on the house size and how many registers to complete this operation. In those couple of hours it includes the setup of our truck... and the take down, as well as a cleaning of your entire supply and return duct system which includes duct runs, and main duct trucks. Filters can be changed during this time for extra if needed. We do offer Sanitize and deodorize for your duct system at additional cost. This process is completed after the duct cleaning has been done. It is introduced throughout the entire duct system to kill both microscopic bacteria and remove odours that may have potentially been in your duct system for years.
