Hi Folks, Just thought I'd give a quick update... For almost 5 years, I have been working with a phenomenal organization called By Peaceful Waters. BPW is a network of professionals serving in multiple capacities-- social work, nutritional services, psychotherapy, family mediation, spiritual direction, supervised access services... the list goes on. It has been a wonderful partnership between myself and the agency and over that past few months I had been recognizing that it... was time for me to transition out and into focusing on my own little private practice. At the moment, most of my work is conducted online and via telephone, so not much has changed for most of my clients; however in March I will begin meeting folks in two new office locations. On Mondays, my office will be located at 125 George Street in the quaint little city of Fergus. It's just down the road from Arthur and I hope that for many of my rural clients it wont be too far of a trip out of the way. I know that many of you will use it as an excuse to pick up a few things at wal-mart anyways... And then on Tuesdays and Thursdays, my office will be located at the Palmerston Chiropractic Clinic-- just around the corner from my current Palmerston office. And as always, you're welcome to email or call me personally to book an appointment or to simply say hi. :)

Hi folks, You have all been so incredibly patient as we are waiting for our full reopening. Many of you have asked if I am now able to meet in person. As you can see, the direction of our public health unit is that all commercial business is required to wear masks while in buildings. Yesterday, the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario also gave direction to continue by virtual or telephonic means as much as possible in order to reduce the possibility of transmission. Many ...of our sessions will be conducted for an hour (or more) at a time and it is more likely that the face mask will become problematic in a traditional psychotherapeutic setting as much of our communication is non-verbal and facial. Unfortunately, this will continue to be the norm for quite some time. Thank you all for understanding and I look forward to being able to meet you face to face when it is safe to do so.
