It’s Harmony day in Kelowna, SD 23 which is one of the school districts we teach @dancepl3y programs in. We stand in solidarity and celebrate you all on this powerful day! Kelowna’s school district theme this year is "Courage". Their 2021 Harmony Day t-shirt and masks feature the word courage in 30 languages that are spoken in our district including English, Okanagan and French, celebrating the diverse nature of our communities. ... Celebrating Rose this week as she teaches a @dancepl3y Residency at @aspengroveschool outside of Nanaimo, BC. We have covid policies which include social distancing, masks, and no high fives or touching, and it’s been going so well. We are all adapting to these times and we are so grateful that schools are wanting to dance with us and bring joy and positive mental health to their students.... Kids need to move now more than ever and the positive mental health is vital to their health. We love being in schools with you all! If your school is not allowed to bring us in in person consider an online program which is also powerful! @pl3yeducation @dancepl3y
