Guelph Real Estate has always seen steady growth, and the pandemic seems to not have had the impact many thought it would. Since the lockdown in March, the average sale price in Guelph has continued to grow and has even been accelerated. Part of this is due to the market being somewhat under supplied given sellers apprehension to open their homes to the public. Demand, on the other hand, has remained relatively constant with many homes receiving multiple offers and selling for full asking price, and in some cases, over asking. These conditions have contributed to climbing prices over the last few months in the Royal City. Does that make it unaffordable? Not necessarily!
