We all have a lymphatic system and we should learn to care for it the best we can. the health of our inner ocean or watershed is like a mirror of your health. Water is life. I’m really loving building an indoor plant oasis in my bathroom and living room. It’s helping get me through winter when I so want to get gardening and foraging again. It’s crazy cold in edmonton so we are being cozy today with painting, yoga, yummy food, and having fun with Mike Johnson helping him make clay balls called #duradongos, I think they are called? He’s experimenting with natural building techniques for his business @solisarchitecture We love using natural materials over here that’s for sure! It’s a family affair in many ways! With a dark moon in Aquarius, there is a lot of water energy happening around and within us. Can you feel it? I LOVE the water and have always been drawn to it. I grew up swimming and swam so much people often said I must be part mermaid or dolphin! I didn’t mind though! I love water energy because water feels like home to me. ... Water can be both soft and yin like a ripple or loud and yang like a crashing wave, just like ourselves. It mirrors us as we mirror it. It carries energy, memories, nutrients, nourishing the earth and us. Our inner ocean is a reflection of both our outer selves and our Mother Earth.
