What is your favourite form of #Savings, and why?

Does #Retirement sound something like this for you? 1. The government will take care of me. 2. My kids will see I’m provided for.... 3. If worse comes to worst, I’ll sell the house. 4. I have plenty of time to plan. 5. I’ve been at my firm for 25 years. 6. I don’t see why my RRSP at work is that important. 7. Since I buy lots of lottery tickets, I’m bound to win someday. 8. Thank goodness I can tap into these retirement funds during the pandemic. These are signs of what is called in the industry as a Reckless Retirement. Tolerance for risk is one thing. A failure to notice and respect risk is something else.
