It is so important to continue to shop local, while you may be stocking up for a 2 week stay at home. The @yegdtmarket, @strathconamarket and @bountifulmarket are all open this weekend, and the local vendors that depend on market sales could really use your support! There are great ways to s...tock up your freezer with items from @minikitchen.ca, @pierogerie and @littlebeargelato. Filling your fridge with healthy staples from @freshbcfruit and @thevegancheezery is a great idea too. Took a tour of @uprootfoodcollective this morning during their breakfast session on marketing for food companies with @zgm_marketing. @honestdumplings and @southislandpie are the go-gettibg businesses behind this innovative food collective. We got to try @southislandpie's breakfast pies (TO DIE FOR), and learn all about how to get your packaging noticed in the grocery store. This one of a kind co-packing food collective helps businesses scale up from medium to large scale packing. They are looking to expand and get a few more businesses on board. Check them out!
