Trust, commitment and communication. We completed a full quartz coating on the front entry for this custom build. This was completed in fall of 2019. With a couple freeze thaw cycles both the builder and homeowners noticed an internal fracture within the coating structure. The coating did not crack through. It had a visible fracture within its thickness. Something we have never witnessed. With several calls with manufacturers and peers in the industry we came up with a plan... to abrade and overcoat with a tinted polyaspartic. This was to cover the fracture and still maintain some grip by not fully coating the quartz. The cured color was horrible and did not match the architecture. Today we were able to partially remove the coating and apply a custom blended vinyl chip. Our thanks to @caliberluxuryliving and the patient homeowners allowing us to complete your entryway and we added a sprinkle of quartz to maintain traction. #isitfriday #happy #complete #mightevenlookbetter #trytryagain #wegotit #cheers @chriszford @chadepshaw
