Hey everyone! We are pleased to announce that we have restarted our usual operations! Please be patient as there will be a ramp up to full capability over the next few weeks. Our regulations and protocols have changed to ensure everyone’s safety while ensuring effective dental treatment. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. Just a few of the changes we have made are:... Presceening every patient that comes in Mandatory hand sanitizing before and after procedures Limiting people/patients in waiting room areas (you will be asked to wait in your car/outside if possible until your appointment time) Enhanced HEPA filtration of all operatories All patients will be given level 3 masks until clinical treatment starts Pre and post rinses around procedures We fully expect procedures/lab work/referrals to take longer but we are working as fast as possible to get back to a normal dental and hygiene experience. We are tentatively scheduling patients as we ramp up and ask for flexibility if we need to reschedule an appointment to refine our workflows or to take care of our own family. We love our patients and beyond the dental health aspect, we definitely miss talking about your family/friends, travels and accomplishments. Hi everyone, we appreciate everyone’s patience during the emergency-only mandate from the government. It does appear that we will be allowed to perform more procedures in the coming weeks. Hi everyone, due to the ongoing CoVID-19 virus situation, our regulator has advised all dental practices to continue being closed for all elective treatment until May at the earliest. Sherry and Kim will reach out to everyone scheduled to move their appointments tentatively to around June. As always, any emergencies will have to be managed over the phone and with prescriptions if needed. My number is on our voicemail to call or text me during normal hours. Woodstock Hospital is running short of non-latex gloves. We are donating boxes of gloves and any n95 masks we have. Please ask your dental practice (if it’s not us) to consider doing the same or more. The need is urgent. Let’s pull together for the greater good. Thank you.
