When we develop Physical Literacy, we are more confident and capable of learning new skills at any age. The best part about learning is that you're never too young or too old to learn something new, so any time is the right time to learn a new physical skill!! That means as our bodies change, we are able to contin...ue being active by adapting skills we have already acquired. This individual is able to adapt and pick up aqua walking or running which has far less impact on those joints! #getactive #playcowichan #physicalliteracy #cowichanvalley
