The city of Lacombe is in central Alberta, about mid-way between Calgary and Edmonton. It’s home to Lacombe minor hockey and the Central Alberta Selects (AA competitive tier). Great to have both associations back for a third year (where does the time go?!) using PlayPay’s low-fee online payment solution. http://lacombeminorhockey.com/page.php?page_id=121381 http://centralalbertaselects.ca/page.php?page_id=101244
Offering house league and rep hockey to about 400 players each season, Brockville Minor Hockey Association is back with PlayPay for a fifth year - where does the time go?! Located in eastern Ontario in the Thousand Islands region, it uses our low-fee online platform to easily collect member payments. Here’s to year five! http://gobmha.ca/news.php?news_id=1879628
Located in southwestern Ontario, Waterloo minor hockey provides four levels of competitive hockey for about 1,500 players each season. Tired of paying high costs for collecting payments, they seamlessly transitioned to PlayPay’s low-fee online payment solution for the 2020/21 season. It’s estimated they’ll save between $15,000-$20,000 in processing fees every year. Great to have them onboard and saving money! https://waterloominorhockey.com//301/2020-21_Registration/
Due to COVID-19 the Ennismore Optimist Club (Selwyn Township) had to make a very difficult decision to cancel their Summer Sports Program. Many of their programs were planned to start in May, and it’s still too uncertain when the social distancing guidelines will be changed. We salute their committed volunteers, and are supporting them with the refund process. We are also going to reimburse all our fees collected for payment processing, it’s just the right thing to do.
We’re happy to report that Innisfil Minor Hockey Association has again partnered with PlayPay for the 2020/21 season. Located on the western shore of Lake Simcoe in central Ontario, they offer local league and rep hockey to over three hundred families. Congratulations to the tireless volunteers that were able to plan through the challenges of COVID-19 and start registration mid-April. Way to go!
