We are working with a client that is a full-service Insulation & Roofing contracting company and is highly committed to service and quality. Our client specializes in residential new construction and renovations servicing home builders, drywall contractors, property managers and the home owners. They are unique in services because they also provide attic insulation, spray foam..., wall batt and custom insulation. Duties & Responsibilities: Install 2lb and 1/2lb spray foam in residential and commercial projects following all manufacture, CCMC and health & safety requirements in a productive manner with quality controls Includes but not limited to -attic areas, rim joists, cantilevered floors, roofs, walls Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working condition Monitor stock levels on trucks daily Supervise your assistant Constantly build the pre-eminence of the company/organization in the insulation market Qualifications: Minimum 1-year experience fulltime spraying foam as a lead installer Certification from a 3rd party Quality Assurance Company is a MUST Acceptable driving record with minimum 1-year experience driving a single axle 5 ton truck Ability to problem solve and work proficiently Strong organization skills Passion for doing a great job and working as a team member Schedule and Wage: This is a permanent full time position that may require daily out of town work and/or overtime based on work load and season. Travel time will be paid and a company vehicle will be supplied. Your compensation will commensurate with the level of experience you bring.
