Non compliant post but WOW WOW WOW (please don't share friends publicly but shout it to the roof tops privately to fiends and family) I'm excited to share on this #TestimonyTuesday Sierra shares, "'Comparison is the thief of joy.'... I often have to remind myself of this, but not today. Today, comparison is bringing me much joy! Back in October, I started having what I thought was an acne breakout on my chin. When it started to spread around my mouth, noes, and even eyes, I contacted my ND. The photo on the left was taken November 6, 2016 (the most recent "before" photo I have). I had been suffering from this skin condition for over a month. The redness was dry, painful, itchy and downright embarrassing. I went to my doctor looking for a solution, and her first words was "there's a gut imbalance". What? I had heard of things like this, but didn't really understand it. She had me start on a Betatine HCL supplement to help my body digest food and restore an acid balance in my stomach. While I still take this supplement, it unfortunately did not solve my issues. Next I attempted the Whole 30, basically eliminating any allergen causing foods from my diet. As a breastfeeding mom, this was HARD. I suffered from low blood sugar and ketosis, and again, my skin still looked the same. In the midst of all of this, I was using a topical comfrey salve, among a few other natural remedies. At one point I even used a topical steroid cream, which was the only thing to clear my skin up, which of course came back as soon as I stopped using it. We even had a culture done and it came back with normal bacteria, no candida, etc. I finally decided to take the plunge and ordered the Plexus TriPlex. The TriPlex System works in 3 ways to remove, replenish and rebalance your body to help get your gut back into balance. That's exactly what my body needed!! I have been taking Plexus Slim, ProBio5, and BioCleanse for a month now (minus a couple of holidays-I'm human) and have noticed an incredible difference. Not only is my skin clearer (see for yourself!), but my mood has improved, my energy has improved, and people have even noticed some weight loss! I'm telling you guys, this has been a GAME CHANGER for me and I'm so happy I gave it a chance!! Even Hayden looked at these two photos (untouched and no filters-"after" taken Friday, December 30, 2016) and said, "Wow, mom! I don't remember how bad your skin was before!" I am not just an ambassador of plexus worldwide, I am also a client. I have suffered for many years with Colagenous Colitis (a form of Crohn's disease) as well as IBS. Those of you that know what this disease entails knows that it is very painful.
