In this video I had Josh complete 2 cardio exercises and 1 leg exe...rcises at 45 seconds each round, no rest for those 3 rounds. 9 rounds total with 1 minute rest in between every 3rd exercise 45 seconds power shots on heavy bag 45 seconds jump squats 45 seconds pad combinations

Having said that, we have been losing towels daily..more than 100 in total to be exact, since we began this process.. with some people (unconsciously) leaving the building with them..We haven’t raised our prices like most businesses have, and are incurring this added cost to replace them. Please be mindful of the towel return bin at the front ...and if you do have any we will gladLy accept them back Have a great weekend

ATTENTION PLATINUM FITNESS MEMBERS With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Nova Scotia all being related to travel outside of the province we have decided to follow suit and add extra measures to ensure the safety of our members, our staff, our community and our business. Given that regulations allow for people to remove masks to perform an exercise, this is a higher risk atmosphere and we want to mitigate that risk as much as possible. Anyone coming into the gym will b...e required to wear a mask. No exceptions. Masks must be worn at all times while in the lobby, supplement area and locker rooms. Masks may be taken down to workout while on the floor but please do not leave it in your locker or in the shoe box as it will be required to enter these areas. It is highly recommended that you wear your mask on the floor as well and only remove it when necessary. We are also requiring that anyone that travels outside of NS is not to visit for 14 days following return. This includes out of province rotational and/or essential workers that are not required to isolate by provincial guidelines. You will be asked to provide proof of re-entry date into Nova Scotia. We thank you for your continued support and patience! Lets do everything we can to stay safe and keep our facility open
