It's s been 7 months of the pandemic, and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. CMHA, The Canadian Mental Health Association has a 24-hour helpline: 1-833-456-4566. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020.
