Thank you, Lethbridge! As we are learning to navigate lifestyle and financial changes, we are confident heading into this next week with our HEALTH as a TEAM. W...e have had our dining room closed for 3 weeks now and will not re-open until we see daily cases of Covid-19 much lower. I can assure you, losing money is terrifying. It has been a daily struggle and weight on all our backs but knowing we are choosing to stay together, as a team, safely and to limit contact with others, we are choosing not only our health but our piece of mind. Once we made a CLEAR DECISION to close our dining room, we were able to work through the fear and unknown quickly, re-strategize, re-focus and now, we are ready and able to continue to serve you, our way. Leadership is not always about comfort and joy, it is often about instinct and experience. All I know is that I will never be more terrified than I was walking back into Plum on March 18, 2020. Who I am as a leader today is based on being uncomfortable and afraid in my past and doing something about it. Today, I am confident in the health of our team and our ability to navigate with grace, dignity, experience, education and safety. Thank you to all of you that are doing the same, we recognize you and know you are exactly who we would like back in our room, once we are able to see you all again.
