We have been having a lot of no shows without communication. This is unacceptable as this is a very time sensitive job. All clients this is our policy, please read carefully. Our lash artists time is being waisted when we have people on wait lists. If you are not showing up because of something that has happened please at least let us know. If you do NOT send a 50$ deposit your appointment time will not be reserved. This is a requirement. Also please book appointments 24hr In advance, our lash artist needs time to prepare for the appointment. Thank you. From management
