POET BIOS Ali Blythe is the author of two critically acclaimed books exploring trans-poetics: the debut collection, Twoism, and the follow-up, Hymnswitch, which was named a Walrus top ten book of the year in 2019. His poems are published in literary journals and anthologies in Canada, England, Germany and Slovenia. He lives in Victoria, BC. Randy Lundy is an award-winning poet whose collections include Blackbird Song (2018) and Field Notes for the Self (2020), published in the Oskana Series, by the University of Regina Press. He has also published fiction and non-fiction, and his work is featured in some of the most significant anthologies of Indigenous writings in Canada, as well as internationally. Randy is currently serving as assistant professor (teaching-stream) of Creative Writing, Indigenous Literatures, and Oral Traditions in the Department of English at the University of Toronto-Scarborough. Born in northern Manitoba, he has lived most of his life in Saskatchewan. Randy is Cree, Irish, and Norwegian and is a member of the Barren Lands First Nation in Manitoba. Sydney Warner Brooman (they/them) has lived in London, ON, where they served as Western University's Student Writer in Residence and an emerging artist in residence at the TAP Centre for Creativity. Their debut short fiction collection The Pump is forthcoming with Insomniac Press in Fall 2020. Their story The Bottom was shortlisted for The Malahat Review’s 2020 Open Season Awards, and they have recent work forthcoming in American Chordata, Thorn Literary Magazine, and other journals. They currently live in Toronto.
