Monday June 8th, We are open Whew! Finally we are here. As you all know, phase 3 (fitness centers) will start this coming Monday. Provincial guidelines will be follow. We are ready and prepared to welcome everyone back again. (1) Members/Guest must read outside and inside signs at all time (2) Member must practice proper hygiene at all time (Sanitize hands when entering, during and when leaving the gym etc) ... (2) Members/Guest must practice social distancing at all time (3) Member are encouraged to check body temperature with non-contact infrared thermometer with staff member (4) Members are encouraged to arrive in workout clothes Temporary Gym Hours: Starting June 8th, 2020. (This will change in 2-3 weeks) M-F: Seniors 60+ (ONLY): 7am to 9am, Others:9am to 8pm Saturday: Seniors: 9:00am to 10am, Others: 10am to 6pm Sunday: Personal training clients only We are willing to accommodate and work around our members request.
