We had a great team building night in a private suite at Rogers Arena, and the Canucks won! One of the many perks that comes from working for Polar Electric!

This event is sold out!! We have had many people ask if they can still attend, so we wanted to let everyone know that you are still welcome to come and join us. Tickets are sold out, but you can still come and participate in the live auction, 50/50 ticket sales or just leave something in the contribution box at the venue. If you want to see Darren get his head shaved, this event may be for you! It's going to be a fun afternoon!

The construction industry can sometimes be a tough place to work. All to often it seems like we slog away at it, but don't hear a lot of positive feedback from our larger projects. The quote below was sent by the site super on one of our larger projects; Good morning guys. Mike, just want you to know how pleased I am with Justin thus far. He’s probably the one trade lead on site I won't have to worry about during the process. Ensure he knows how well he’s doing.... Justin let me know yesterday that the Transformer is due to arrive on or around Dec 6th. This is great news! However, it also means I got to get my crap together to ensure it’s a smooth operation getting it into place. Again, I want you to know how well your foreman and staff have performed to this point. I’m very encouraged. Have a great weekend. Feedback like this means we are doing our job, and it makes our day!

The Victoria for Strand is our first project with Axiom Builders. It’s located on Victoria Drive in Vancouver and consists of 152 rental homes. Occupancy is scheduled for early 2020 so we are going to need to push it!

Montrose Square is moving along quickly! We are happy to be working on this project with Quantum Properties located in Port Coquitlam.

It's been a while since we showed some updates from our Timber Court project for Polygon Construction. Juniper and Taluswood are located in Lynne Valley. The project consists of 321 Units and has been sold out since we started! We have worked with Polygon for many years and really appreciate our relationship.

We are happy to share some updates from one of our sites in North Vancouver. Crest will our second site with Adera Development using their Cross Laminated Timber system. Once complete Crest will be a beautiful building! Check it out here https://adera.com/properties/crest/.
