I was lucky enough to work with Aileen Carroll when she was PS for Foreign Affairs and on her various election campaigns. Her contributions in public life (local, provincial and federal) made our world a better place. Her stories of the work of the Women's Caucus in Parliament were part of what inspired me to create this group and encourage more women to get involved in politics. While we can't all be Aileen, we can all follow in her footsteps. Thank you, Aileen. You are missed.
