For over 50 years, Pollution Probe’s mandate has been Clean air, clean water and a healthy planet for all. The impacts of pollution and climate change affect us all but not equally. This #EarthDay, we’re sharing the official report from our 2020 Virtual Gala Conference, which focused on #Environmentalequity in Canada. With our special guests, Dr. Anna Banerji, Dr. Heather Castleden, Kerry-Ann Charles, Ana F. Gonzalez Guerrero, Sam Arons, Dr. Runa Das, Armi De Francia, Mea...ghon Reid, AJ Esquega and of course our Award winner, Future Ancestors Services Founder and Managing Director Larissa Crawford and panel moderators Michael Jacobs and Chris Henderson, we explored on how we, as a community dedicated to the protection of the environment, can work together to ensure that equity and social justice become fundamental elements of sustainable development. Thanks to continued support from RBC through #TechForNature, the project has progressed in leaps and bounds. As a 2021 RBC Tech For Nature partner, we’re delighted to be able to advance this work into its next phase.
