In case you have been living under a rock ( probably a smart move) we are again closed due to new restrictions for the next three weeks. 3 weeks RIGHT. Thanks everyone for supporting us the last two months. Stay Safe and maybe see ya in three weeks.
Thanks again guys for making our last third night a great time. I’d say see you all again in three weeks but we’ve all heard that broken record.
Last night to get out with your family and friends before the lights go out @ 10 pm. Call for reservations
Well folks, here we go again. As of Sunday May 9 the doors will be closed again for the third time in over 13 months. They say till May 30 but we have all heard that broken record before. It’s your last chance tonight and Saturday to get in some fun with family and friends. Hopefully see all our loyal customers in June ? Right
Might be your last chance at bowling with new restrictions coming later today Reserve your lane
Please go to EngageMB to fill out the new survey for possible reopening of indoor recreational facilities. We need all the help from our loyal bowling fraternity to convince the government to reopen our industry. On the comment section make sure you mention BOWLING. https://engagemb.ca/restartmb-pandemic-res//survey-25feb21
Unfortunately will be closed for at least another three weeks. The new measures that were put forward ( one on one instruction ) makes absolutely no sense as a business model. Please note that the Manitoba government has not supplied any data or metrics to support their continuous closure of indoor recreational facilities and have not offered any more financial assistance. Stay Safe our loyal league bowlers and customers. Please fill out the next Engage Manitoba survey and mention you want us to reopen.
Sorry to hear the passing of Margaret Johnson. Our condolences to Fran, Christine and family. Margaret was a great contributor to 5pin bowling and was always at the ready for Judge of Play at our centre. You will be missed.
Happy New Year to all our loyal league bowlers and customers! Hope to see everyone soon in 2021.
This is brilliant! Written by a restaurant owner: As I walk into the grocery store with 30 other people at the same time, I think about my restaurant which allows parties of 6 total, and meticulously spaces out reservations by 10 minutes ensuring guests that aren’t from the same party do not arrive at the same time. As I take a cart, that has had just the handle sanitized, I think about my restaurant which invested thousands of dollars (so far) on ink and paper to print disp...Continue reading
UPDATE - We are still closed but at least this pic is funny. Obviously with the province still in Code Red there is no good news to report. On the bright side we are at 984 likes and the person who becomes # 1000 will receive a gift certificate for a night of bowling. Please share on your Facebook page and that follower will receive a prize as well. Stay Safe and hope to see everyone soon !?
Hard to believe that tomorrow will be the first time in 25 years we have not held our annual tournament. Everyone take a moment and reflect on all the people that sacrificed their lives for our freedom. Lest We Forget.
There has been a lot of misinformation on social media lately about closures, financial aid and the state of small businesses. First off we have run a safe, sanitized and clean facility and followed all Manitoba Health guidelines including mandatory mask wearing during your time in the centre. There has been no evidence or data from the government indicating any contraction of the virus in a bowling centre. Small business insurance does not cover losses in a pandemic ( consid...ered an act of god ) which is not covered. When the centre closed in March for three months rent and utilities still had to paid with zero income. The federal government did come thru with the rent relief program and wage subsidy. Upon reopening in June revenue has been down 65-75%. Small businesses are not million dollar companies with fat bank accounts that can sustain losses for over seven months. With the Brian Pallister government closing bowling centres, restaurants and bars, this is a provincial order which does not entitle any businesses to federal programs. The provincial government has NO programs to help out small businesses during this time. Contrary to what anyone has heard the provincial programs are only for business that don’t qualify for federal aid. Stay safe and hope to see ya soon. See more

All League Members The new restrictions that take place starting Monday DON'T affect us, 5 player teams and with using every odd lane keeps the social distance with 50 players maximum. Will see everyone next week ... Thank you for all the inquiries

We are sad to announce the cancellation of our Annual No-Tap Handicap Tournament. This would have been our 25th. year. With all the restrictions imposed we felt that we could not run it safely. We had special plans for our 25th. anniversary with sponsors and additional prize money. Oh well hopefully next year. Stay Safe
Unfortunately we will be closing Sunday November 1 due to Winnipeg going to Code Red. Under these restrictions we have to close for two weeks minimum. Though we have run a safe, sanitized and clean facility and adhered to all the restrictions Manitoba Health and government implemented on us they think we are part of the problem. At this time we encourage all our loyal customers and league bowlers to contact your local and provincial representatives to inform them that small businesses are being severely impacted financially with NO help from the Brian Pallister government. Stay safe and hope to seen everyone soon.
