Before Denise and I started working together she had this idea she couldn't be stronger at a lower body weight. It wasn't possible. She was doing hours upon hours of endurance work with some lifting, eating a diet consisting mainly a carbohydrate diet without any real structure or awareness for how much. Over the last year, she's transitioned to more lifting, protein and awareness around her food choices and eating habits. Lean, mean and stronger than ever in a weight class at 43 years of age.
