We are pleased to announce that Dr Stephanie Rowland will be seeing patients at Ponoka Eyecare. Dr. Stephanie Rowland was born and raised right here in Ponoka, Alberta before attending the University of Calgary for her undergrad in Natural Science. She graduated in 2020 from the University of Waterloo with her Doctor of Optometry (OD). Dr. Rowland’s optometry interests include paediatrics and contact lenses, particularly specialty contact lenses. In her free time she enjoys s...taying active by biking, running, and skiing. Recently, she has taken up golfing so you might catch her on the golf course looking for her ball in the trees. In the summer she loves spending time on the lake with her family. Stephanie is extremely excited to start serving the community that supported her throughout the years. Her mission is to devote her time and effort to providing quality, patient-focused eye care that will exceed your expectations. She is looking forward to getting to know you and answering all your ocular health questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
