We pray that by the virtue of Baptism, the laity, especially women, may participate more in areas of responsibility in the Church.

This year as the world faced the pandemic, our missionaries continued to support the needs of the most vulnerable -- those they serve. They remained as the beacons of hope amid the challenges and discouragement. They have committed to serve and stayed at their posts to ensure that the Gospel is proclaimed and the poor comforted and served. They are grateful for the blessing of your support and they hope that you will continue to be there for them.

Let us pray for them who responded to God's call with #HereIAmSendMe. Through good and hard times, our missionaries say #WeAreStillHere. They served through the challenges of the pandemic and vowed to continue to proclaim the Crucified Christ to the four corners of the world. We pray so that the planet's resources will not be plundered, but shared in a just and respectful manner.
