We are into day 10 of closure due to coronavirus. Hope all are doing well at home. Know we would rather be in the pool for our 3 days a week but home we need to stay. Remember visualization is 25 % of a workout. In your daily tasks take a few more deep slow breaths add some enjoyable stretches, put on some uplifting music, sing and dance around your home, tell some good jobs. Miss Bobbi's funny ones. Stay postive with life as it is today as it will change. Good will over come the gloom. Have a wonderful day. Need some water today go outside. Is it raining?
