WELL, we are in our prime of closing season. our ENTIRE September is booked solid. Our next available date is October 16th. We really appreciate all of your patience with all the new rules and regulations we are setting in stone. We are improving the business by having a good set of rules in place for those who have been abusing our laid back attitude. Here are a few new ones to keep in mind.... As closing season is coming to a quick and effective end, many people are bringing in all their empty jugs back so we can store them. 1. We are not taking back any broken jugs at any cost. You will need to bring your empties inside the shop where we can inspect them before we return your deposit. 2. We are no longer taking any jugs from any other company at any cost, not even for fresh ones. We always put our stickers and safety data sheets on our jugs, so it easy to identify which ones our ours. Please return the empty jugs back to the original owners. Thanks SOOO SOOO much for our great pool season. We understand how certain rules of ours don't go for many of our customers but since some of them are still not following our rules it is important that we keep reminding everyone of them. We've been blessed with such a great mid season to end of season. Such amazing customers we have. In this picture we have Annie, the manager putting her knowledge, experience and training to work. She's been in the business about 8years now. She got hooked with the pool industry and has never left. She is the prime example of an entrepreneur. Don't forget to thank her, and stay on her good side, she'll soon be taking over the family business and making her parents proud by continuing their legacy and hard work. After all, Michelle and Armand are the reason she got hooked. See you in the spring or on weekends for hot tub season.
